Cartology’s celebration of Impact and Effectiveness is back for 2026

Cartology’s hallmark awards program, the Campaign of the Year Awards, has officially returned for 2026 celebrating its partners through impact and effectiveness in Retail Media with a brand-new category celebrating Unified Planning.

In the largest recognition of Retail Media impact and effectiveness across Australia and New Zealand, the 2026 awards are giving even more brands the opportunity to be recognised across a range of categories. This year, the awards program continues to evolve with the introduction of the Unified Planning Award, a category dedicated to celebrating brands who are breaking down silos to seamlessly bring brand and trade marketing together, for a unified customer experience in Retail Media.

The program returns, following its success in 2025, where Unilever’s Vaseline Gluta-Hya campaign took the highly coveted 2025 Campaign of the Year Award. Vaseline was celebrated for an exceptional, insight-led omnichannel strategy that successfully drove 5% market share, surpassing a 2% target and drove a 78% boost in incremental sales.

“We are excited to launch our 2026 Campaign of the Year awards program, a recognition platform that our clients have truly come to know and love,” said Cartology’s Director of Client Partnerships and Sales, Tony Prentice.

“This is the Retail Media awards program of the year. We are genuinely inspired by the exceptionally high calibre of entries that we receive, year after year, demonstrating the strategic thinking and partnerships happening in Retail Media. This program isn’t just about celebrating success, it’s a direct reflection of our unwavering commitment to delivering and supporting Retail Media effectiveness, helping our partners achieve measurable impact.”

Brands will be recognised across a highly competitive suite of returning and new categories for 2026 including:

  • Best Omnichannel Campaign under $250k
